WELL DONE!

Chris Stafford, vicar at Croft with Southworth Christ Church and Newchurch, in the Diocese of Liverpool, has had a great book published.

Called OFF THE PEG ASSEMBLIES - 30 fully worked-out sessions, it’s a must for those of you who bravely go into school assemblies.

Using puppetry, tricks and visual aids, all sessions give full preparation instructions, if needed, and were tried and tested on Key Stage 1 & 2 at St Philip’s Primary School, Westbrook, Warrington. I particularly love the wheelbarrow idea on the theme of faith & trust, and also the Prodigal Son chocolate illustrations.
