“Forty adults & children attended the latest puppet training day at All Hallows Church, Allerton, South Liverpool, in February. Basic training included handling a puppet, the art of ’speech’, working with backing tracks and of course, having fun with puppets. Ian & Elaine Coules, trainers for the day, encourage all ways of spreading the Gospel to all ages, but today it was by promoting puppet ministry. Two churches who attended are already discussing putting puppet teams together. Many of Ian & Elaines resources were also on sale, from puppets to crafts and CD’s.
